What is the difference between Comment and Notice?

Comment as a noun is a spoken remark. while Notice as a noun is the act of observing; perception.

Notice

Definition: To observe or take notice of.To detect; to perceive with the mind.

Part of speech: noun

Definition: The act of observing; perception.A written or printed announcement.Formal notification or warning.A published critical review of a play etc.

Example sentence: Democracy and socialism have nothing in common but one word, equality. But notice the difference: while democracy seeks equality in liberty, socialism seeks equality in restraint and servitude.
