Mouse is an input device used to control and move around the arrow in an adjacent computer display, it can select, move and drag things. While a keyboard is an input device that helps the user to enter letters into the adjacent computer or to navigate.
A mouse usually contains two or three keys while a keyboard contains several keys including the whole alphabet of english or any other language.
