What is the difference between Coherent and Lucid?

Coherent as an adjective is sticking together while Lucid as an adjective is clear; easily understood

Coherent

Definition: Sticking together Orderly, logical and consistent. Aesthetically ordered Of waves having the same direction, wavelength and phase, as light in a laser.

Example sentence: There is a coherent plan in the universe, though I don't know what it's a plan for.

Lucid

Part of speech: adjective

Definition: clear; easily understoodmentally rational; sanebright, luminous, translucent or transparent

Example sentence: There is an idea, first of all, of vision fully formed with the eyes closed. Of course the vision we have in a lucid dream often has greater lucidity and clarity than vision with the eyes open.
