Definition: A customer a buyer or receiver of goods or services. The role of a computer application or system that requests and/or consumes the services provided by another having the role of server. Person who receives help or advice from a professional person (ex. a lawyer, an accountant, a social worker, a psychiatrist, etc).
Example sentence: In top-down processing, which is normally what we do in psychotherapy, we talk about our problems, our symptoms, or our relationships. And then the therapist often tries to get the client to feel what they're feeling when they talk about those kinds of things.
