What is the difference between Assessment and Judgment?

Assessment as a noun is the act of assessing or an amount (of tax, levy or duty etc) assessed. while Judgment as a noun is the act of judging.

Judgment

Example sentence: The intention and outcome of vulnerability is trust, intimacy and connection. The outcome of oversharing is distrust, disconnection - and usually a little judgment.
